Our aluminum lugs and connectors are constructed from E-aluminum, featuring 99.5% purity, and are finished with a tin-plated surface of at least 20μm thickness to enhance durability and conductivity. Notably, all aluminum lugs are produced from a solid round bar, ensuring superior strength over those made from tubing. Each aluminum lug and connector is treated with a conductive oxide inhibiting compound to prevent oxidation and capped with plastic plugs for protection during shipping and handling.

TENAS cable lugs are engineered for optimal connectivity in electrical installations, facilitating the connection of cables and wires to electrical appliances, other cables, surfaces, or mechanisms. These lugs are ideal for situations where permanent, direct-fastening methods are impractical or unnecessary.

Furthermore, our copper lugs and connectors are made from high-strength, high-conductivity electrolytic copper, known as E-copper, conforming to EN 13600 standards. These components also feature a tin-plated surface with a minimum thickness of 5μm, ensuring excellent conductivity and resistance to corrosion for power and grounding applications.
